IIoET incorporated as a professional body for emerging technology
IIOET Limited was incorporated on 5 October 2026 as a private company limited by guarantee, registered in England and Wales under company number 17500376.
IIoET brings together the practitioners shaping artificial intelligence, quantum, blockchain and cyber security, publishes their work, and recognises the expertise behind it. As a company limited by guarantee it has no shareholders and distributes no profit; its income is applied to its purpose.
Over the coming months IIoET will publish its governing standards, open membership, appoint its founding Fellows and issue a call for papers for the first issue of the IIoET Journal.
