Cyber Security
Cyber security is the most established of the four domains, and the one the others most depend on. IIoET focuses on where security meets emerging technology: AI-enabled attack and defence, the quantum threat to today’s cryptography, and the assurance of decentralised systems.
Focus areas
The themes IIoET will publish, assess and convene around in Cyber Security.
- Security architecture for emerging technology
- AI in offence and defence
- Cryptographic transition
- Resilience and assurance
- Security leadership
Where it converges
Every emerging technology inherits the security problems of the systems it runs on and adds new ones of its own. Cyber security is the common ground on which the other three domains are built and assured.
Related domains: Artificial Intelligence, Quantum, Blockchain and Web3.
Latest thought leadership
The first Cyber Security articles and papers are in preparation.
